HEADLINES:  FISHING DERBY, SATURDAY, MAY 19TH

Fishing can begin at 6:30am with weigh in beginning at 9:00am with the final horn at 10:00am. Weigh-in takes place a the lake Gazebo and help is always appreciated.

Fishing can take place from a boat or off of one of the public docks, with the exception of the swim docks.

Coffee and snacks will be provided for all at 9:00am.  Prize money will be awarded.

What your HOA dues fund:   ($151 for fiscal year 4-1-12 through 3-31-13)

• Street lighting
• Security on call 7 days a week; increased patrol when needed
• Continual monitoring and treatment of the lake to maintain its integrity
• Dam inspections and maintenance
• Annual fish plant
• Staffing of the HOA office 5 days a week
• Maintenance and improvements to the beach, picnic area and the playground
• Maintenance and cleaning of the beach restrooms
• Beach attendants during the swimming season
• Lighting and video monitoring of common areas
